Luxe Cadeau supports the responsible sale and gifting of alcohol. This policy outlines the
controls we have in place to ensure compliance with NZ alcohol laws.

Alcohol is only sold to customers aged 18 and over.

Customers must confirm their age at checkout prior to placing any order containing
alcohol.

We use an age verification system integrated with our website, which records
customer confirmation as part of the order.

All alcohol-containing orders are sent via tracked courier using “Signature Required”
delivery.

Orders containing alcohol will not be left unattended and must be signed for by
someone aged 18 or over.

If requested by the licensing authority, Luxe Cadeau is able to offer R18 delivery
services, which include ID verification at delivery.

Alcohol is only included as part of a gift box. It is not available for individual
sale.
We offer modest quantities, such as one bottle of wine, a small selection of beer, or
premium spirits (e.g. whisky or gin) in limited circumstances.
Luxe Cadeau does not sell RTDs or high-volume alcohol products.
