At Luxe Cadeau, we take great pride in creating exceptional gifts designed to delight. Due to the bespoke nature of our gift boxes, returns and exchanges are only accepted in limited circumstances.

When will we offer a return or refund?

We're happy to resolve an issue if:
  • You receive an incorrect item
  • A product is faulty or unusable+
  • Your gift box is delivered with clear and significant damage sustained during transit (excluding minor wear to the outer shipping carton

    To request a return or refund, please email us at info@luxecadeau.co.nz within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue (including the shipping carton and affected items) so we can assist you promptly.

Non-returnable items

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
  • Food and beverage products (including alcohol)
  • Skincare, grooming, or personal items
  • Customised or made-to-order items
  • Any item reported outside the 3-day return window

    We’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Product warranty


Luxe Cadeau does not offer warranties on individual products. Some items may carry a manufacturer’s warranty — if applicable, we recommend contacting the brand directly.

Delivery responsibility

Once collected by the courier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our direct control. Minor wear to the outer shipping carton may occur in transit and does not affect the quality of the gift inside. To ensure your gift arrives in time, we recommend selecting a delivery date slightly ahead of your occasion to allow for potential courier delays.

If you’ve received a Luxe Cadeau gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us at info@luxecadeau.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the gift.
