General
Orders are prepared as gifts — no receipts or pricing are included in the box.
If you are sending directly to the recipient, enter the recipient’s name & delivery address at checkout, and ensure your own details are entered in the billing section.
Order & shipping notifications are sent to the purchaser’s email and mobile number provided at checkout. Please avoid entering the recipient’s phone number if you do not wish them to receive delivery updates.
Yes — you can add a personalized gift when selecting your gift. This will be beautifully printed and included in the box.
We accept all major credit cards, Afterpay, and other secure payment options at checkout.
Absolutely — we specialize in bespoke corporate and bulk gifting solutions. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate if the order hasn’t already been prepared or shipped.

Shipping
Currently, we ship throughout New Zealand only. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future.
We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $199, and standard rates for other orders. See our Shipping page for rates, delivery times, and rural/Saturday delivery options.
Yes — we can arrange delivery to multiple addresses from a single order. Please leave the details in the cart note box at checkout or email us at info@luxecadeau.co.nz with the recipient names, addresses, and your order number. We’ll take care of the rest.
Yes — at checkout, you can select your preferred shipping date using the calendar provided. We’ll prepare and ship your order on the selected date. Please allow enough time for delivery before you plan to gift the order. We recommend reviewing our Shipping page for full delivery timeframes so you can plan accordingly.

Returns
If you’ve received a Luxe Cadeau gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us at info@luxecadeau.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the gift. We’ll be happy to discuss exchange options with you. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and some exclusions may apply.
We can only process returns requested by the original purchaser. Please contact the person who placed the order if you're unsure.
