Scheduled Delivery Times
You can choose your preferred delivery date in the cart. Orders dispatch next business day unless a future delivery date is selected at checkout. When a preferred delivery date is chosen, we dispatch your order in advance to align with that date as best as possible, allowing for standard courier transit times across New Zealand. Please note we will do our best to get this to you on time but, once with the courier it is outside of our control.

Delivery timeframes vary by region. We recommend allowing sufficient transit time based on your location and selecting a shipment date that ensures your order arrives in time for your occasion. Yes - once your Luxe Cadeau box is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow its journey.
All Luxe Cadeau deliveries are sent signature required to ensure they arrive safely. If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a card with instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.
Please note: deliveries containing alcohol require a recipient aged 18 or over to sign upon receipt.
We’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Rural delivery is available; however, please allow an additional 1–3 business days beyond standard delivery timeframes.
Standard delivery is Free for all orders over $199. Orders under this amount are charged a flat rate depending on region.
Rural delivery is available throughout New Zealand and typically takes longer than non-rural addresses. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days beyond standard delivery estimates.
Some rural deliveries may not require a signature. Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, it is considered complete.
A rural delivery surcharge applies and will be shown at checkout where applicable.
