FAQ
Yes - during checkout, you’ll be able to select a preferred delivery date. Luxe Cadeau will ensure your order is dispatched on time, but please note: once collected by the courier, delivery timing is in their hands. We recommend selecting a delivery date 2–3 days before the actual occasion to allow for delays.
Orders are usually dispatched the same business day if placed before 12pm NZST. Orders received after this cut-off, or on weekends, will ship the following business day.
Saturday delivery is available in selected metro areas for an extra fee. You’ll be notified at checkout if it’s an option for your address. Couriers do not deliver on Sundays.
Yes - once your Luxe Cadeau box is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow its journey.
All Luxe Cadeau deliveries are shipped signature required to ensure they arrive safely. If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a card with instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.
Please note: deliveries containing alcohol require a recipient 18 years or older to sign upon receipt.
We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Rural delivery is available, but please allow an additional 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery is Free for all orders over $199. Orders under this amount are charged a flat rate depending on region.
There is no overnight or Saturday delivery service available for rural deliveries (you can check if the address is rural by entering the addresshere.) Please note that a signature may not be able to be obtained for a delivery when the address is rural. On the delivery tracking link, once a parcel shows as “Delivered” this means it has been handed to the rural delivery driver with an additional 24-48 hours for final delivery to the receiver. There is an additional cost for this service, which you can select at checkout. If you have an RD address and do not select this option a charge will be applied before we can ship your order.
